Juan Verdejo

Electrical Engineer, MsC in ICT applied to Biomedical Engineering and in Psychobiology and Cognitive Neuroscience, and PhD in Psychology. Currently I am a postdoctoral researcher (Juan de la Cierva-Formación) in the Laboratory of Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience.
To date, my main research interest has been the study of neural substrates linked to several pathologies and social problems such as drug and behavioral addictions, consequences of excess weight during the whole lifespan and intimate partner violence against women. Now, I am interested in the relationship between structural and functional connectivity in healthy and pathological ageing
