Noemí López

Successful aging

Noemí López Núñez is a PhD student in Psychology since 2023. Her doctoral thesis is framed in the study of successful cognitive aging in the elderly, under the supervision of Dr. Mª Eugenia López García. Since 2024 she awards the predoctoral research contract of the Community of Madrid, associated with the project “A multifactorial model of successful cognitive aging: searching for the determinants of cognitive health in the oldest-old.”

Graduated in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid in 2021. Master’s degree in Neuroscience from the Complutense University of Madrid in 2023, starting her collaboration with the Center for Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience during her master’s thesis. She has since had the opportunity to collaborate in different research related to healthy and pathological aging, through neuropsychological and functional assessment, electrophysiological signal and neuromodulation.
