Senior Human Resources Consultant. Graduate in Psychology, specializing in Work Psychology, from the Complutense University of Madrid. Diploma in Teaching, specializing in Humanities, from the Complutense University of Madrid.
Currently, he is the laboratory manager of the Center for Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience. Managing Partner of the Human Resources consultancy Didacta Transformación y Desarrollo since 2007. He served simultaneously as Commercial Director of automotive dealerships for the Cupra and Seat brands (2018-2022). He has been a Human Resources consultant since 1992. He has been a lecturer at the Rey Juan Carlos University (2006-2024).
With over 700 seminars and over 11,000 hours of training delivered, his experience in the healthcare field stands out, with 70 seminars and 1,000 hours of in-person training. He directs and executes leadership, communication, teamwork, negotiation, and other programs for various professional categories and sectors: Healthcare, Banking, Automotive, Telecommunications, and more. He is an expert in gamification, outdoor experiential learning, and team building.
