Nuria Paúl is a Full Professor in the Department of Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Processes and Speech Therapy at the Complutense University of Madrid. She conducts research in the fields
of neuropsychology and cognitive neuroscience, with a especial interest in the study of healthy and pathological human cognition, neuropsychological recovery mechanisms and neuroplasticity
phenomena. For this purpose, she has focused on treating patients with neurological disorders, mainly patients with acquired brain injury. For approximately 30 years, she has combined teaching and research activities with clinical tasks in the field of neuropsychological intervention and neurorehabilitation.
